Meet Jes…
Jes Hudson is a compassionate Licensed Professional Counselor and Yoga teacher, deeply committed to connecting herself and others with holistic wellness strategies that nurture both mental and physical wellbeing. From a young age, Jes felt a calling to help others, inspired by the support she received from her own teachers and counselors. She earned her Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University and completed her Yoga Teacher Training at Abilene Yoga House.
Jes has a loving family and she prioritizes the well-being of her loved ones. She is married and a devoted mother to her 4-year-old wild-child. However, her journey has been marked by the sorrow of recurrent miscarriages since her first child, an experience that has posed challenges in finding the right support and the courage to speak about her struggles.
Having faced her own battles with mental health, including postpartum depression, anxiety, and profound loss, Jes is passionate about helping others navigate similar challenges. Her dedication extends beyond her professional work; she actively volunteers her time and expertise. Jes serves on the board of the Perinatal-Care Foundation and continues to serve on the board for Mental Health America of Abilene, driven by her desire to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others facing those difficult paths.the world. Whatever it is, the way you tell your story online can make all the difference.
